Shipping policy
During the months of May - August: orders outside of Minnesota will only ship on Mondays & Tuesdays. This is to avoid any holding time in an excessively hot warehouse over weekends. It's also important to monitor tracking of your package during hot temperatures and retrieve them from your mailbox as soon as possible. During excessively hot weather, your order may be delayed to the following week. We will e-mail you to let you know if this happens.
Normal processing time for orders is 1-10 business days (approximately 1-2 weeks).
Clean Haven Naturals is not responsible for orders left in mailboxes or in the sun that may be exposed to too much heat, resulting in excessive candle "sweat" or melting. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the arrival date of their order to retrieve it in a timely manner. We recommend having your order ship to an office or workplace during the summer if you work outside the home.
Some liquid/droplets on the top of your candle is normal during warmer months and should be dabbed off before lighting your candle.
Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier regarding lost, stolen or missing packages. Customers are also responsible for filing postal claims for damaged/lost/stolen items with the postal system or UPS.
